Singapore Airlines, like many other airlines, offer in-flight internet access, by making use of Connexion by Boeing. But from 4am (Singapore time) on 31st of December 2006, Connexion by Boeing will withdraw its service to all airlines currently making use of it.
So, Singapore Airlines has been offering free in-flight internet access since the past week or so. This free service will continue until 4am (Singapore time) on 31 December 2006.

There were just 3 participants left by 4pm of the last day of the plugtest, so we decided to take the rest of the afternoon/evening off to visit Antibes, about 20 miles away from where we were.
Managed to take a few photographs before it was too dark.

This year’s JavaOne conference was held in San Francisco, from June 27-30. This is the 10th year, that this conference is being held. 2005 is also Java’s 10th Birthday! Happy 10th Birthday Java! Goes to prove the worldwide accepatance/domiance of a superior programming language! Yay!
Over 11000 people attended this year’s JavaOne conference. Large number, but still smaller than the 20000+ attendees who attended JavaOne 1999.
