Building A Free IMEI List

The IMEI, (short for International Mobile Equipment Identity) is a unique 15-digit number used to identify all GSM and UMTS mobile phones. For most phones, we can find its IMEI by keying in the sequence *#06#.

I need a list of IMEIs, but in order to build such a list, I’d either have to [a] shell out 40 Euros/month, [b] own each and every phone there’s out there, or simply [c] ask your help. :-)

My other alternative would have been to mass mail all my contacts, but since I am not at all in favour of that, hence this post. All your contributions are very much appreciated. Thank you well in advance!

Doing a bit of Math, if I send it to just 5 people and each of them send to 5 people each, I receive US$7300! Wow!
